I love to cook, eat, grow a garden and experiment with different kinds of herbs, spice and flavours. Food for me is a way of expressing my love for family and friend.

My first memory of cooking was probably when I was about seven. My mom was an excellent cook, sometimes using cookbooks, but most often cooking with no recipe. While she didn’t teach me how to cook, I learned by watching her.
